Mercury Marine Assembler II- Electronics (SF Solder)- 3rd Shift (Electronics)

Location: Saint Cloud, Florida, United States; onsite manufacturing setting; 3rd shift

Pay range: $20.63–$24.49

What you will do

• Perform fine wire soldering with lead and lead-free solder and recognize acceptable solder flow.
• Assemble components using fixtures, torque guns, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Gather materials, select programs, change fixtures, and adjust test machines.
• Set up potting equipment, load fixtures, and perform switch potting when required.
• Run parts, inspect for defects, troubleshoot issues, communicate problems, and make process adjustments.
• Package finished parts and support other stations or shifts as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Manual dexterity, fine hand manipulation, and the ability to use some hand tools ambidextrously.
• Ability to stand for the shift, sit for extended periods as needed, perform a full range of motion, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance when necessary.
• Ability to follow directions, read work instructions, perform basic mathematics, and work safely.
