Vice President, Corporate FP&A (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Columbia, South Carolina, or Washington, DC

Salary: $242,000–$274,000 annually, paid bi-weekly

What you will do

• Own the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan.
• Consolidate Services and Deployment divisional plans into an integrated corporate model tied to the balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, including board- and investor-ready materials, KPI dashboards, and variance narratives.
• Define the enterprise KPI framework and ensure consistent metrics across divisions.
• Support capital allocation, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and long-range capital planning with Treasury, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Commercial and Project Finance.
• Lead and develop the corporate FP&A team while building a scalable technology- and AI-enabled planning function.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, including senior corporate FP&A leadership experience.
• Experience owning an enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan in a multi-division or multi-entity company.
• Experience consolidating plans across business units.
• Proven experience preparing board and investor reporting materials and narratives.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics skills, including ownership of an integrated three-statement corporate model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in capital-intensive, project, construction, infrastructure, services, or multi-entity environments.
• Data and AI fluency, including experience modernizing EPM or FP&A systems such as NetSuite or Palantir Foundry.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA.
• Experience in nuclear, utilities, or highly regulated industrial sectors.
