TL;DR
Strategic Business Analyst (Finance/Real Estate Operations): Providing financial, operational, portfolio, and transactional support for an Americas real estate portfolio with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, cost control, utilities, and site financial governance. Focus on analyzing operating expenses and energy data, coordinating vendor and intercompany billing, and supporting financial reporting across Mexico and North American locations.
Location: Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

What you will do
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts for facility operations, maintenance, utilities, EHS, and housekeeping.
- Perform monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, forecasting, and operating-cost tracking for assigned Americas locations.
- Support CAPEX planning, tracking, reporting, annual close, audits, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate utility and property tax payments, vendor invoicing, purchase requisitions, accruals, and financial reconciliations.
- Oversee chargebacks and intercompany billing for facility services, utilities, and shared operating costs.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, EHS, Facility Management, site leadership, and external service providers.
Requirements
- Fluent English required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in finance, accounting, real estate operations, facilities management, or business analytics.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
