Site Payments Analyst (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Set up country-specific fee templates, site fee schedules, and payment dependencies during study start-up.
• Coordinate with contract management to align payment terms with contract budgets.
• Monitor payable items, generate payment requests, and communicate payment processes to clinical trial sites.
• Validate invoices against completed services, CTMS/CDMS data, CRA confirmations, and contract terms.
• Manage amendments by updating fee templates, payee information, and fee schedules.
• Reconcile payments, support accrual reporting, and settle outstanding invoices during study close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in site payments.
• Fluent English in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of electronic data capture and basic data processing functions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, deadline management, and relationship-building skills.
