TL;DR
Financial Analyst (Sales Controlling/FP&A): Supporting Sales and Aftermarket organizations through financial analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility with an accent on order intake, backlog, revenue, and data consistency. Focus on aligning Salesforce and SAP data, automating Power BI and Excel reporting, and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.

What you will do
- Provide financial and operational analysis for Sales and Aftermarket management.
- Monitor order intake, sales pipeline, backlog, revenue, conversion trends, risks, and performance variances.
- Track sales opportunities and maintain data alignment across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms.
- Prepare recurring sales, order intake, backlog, and revenue reports and management dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and business cases.
- Improve reporting automation, data standardization, and Salesforce, SAP, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Sales Controlling, Business Analytics, or Finance.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with SAP in a finance, controlling, sales, or operational environment.
- Experience using Salesforce for sales pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and data-quality skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Sales, Service, or Aftermarket organizations.
- Knowledge of order intake, backlog, revenue, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience with reporting automation and business intelligence solutions.
