Senior Analyst, GBS - FP&A Taste Elevation-1

hirify.global operates a global FMCG environment, with this role supporting the Taste Elevation Finance Team from its Global Capability Center in Mexico City.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial reports and performance dashboards for business review meetings.
• Support forecasting and budgeting cycles by consolidating inputs, updating models, and validating data accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key performance drivers against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results.
• Gather financial and operational data from multiple systems and maintain consistent reporting outputs.
• Maintain and enhance recurring reporting tools, templates, and trackers using Excel and Power BI.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, including process streamlining and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business controllership.
• Financial business acumen, ideally in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Pivot; knowledge of PowerPoint and Power BI is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
