What you will do

• Manage multi-origin, zero-downtime, highly scalable web infrastructure across on-premise environments and AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
• Architect, build, secure, and optimize middle-tier and integration infrastructure with a focus on automation and performance.
• Manage digital certificates, certification authorities, and Hardware Security Modules supporting the public key infrastructure.
• Lead troubleshooting, integration, deployment, and architecture best practices across cross-functional teams.
• Implement security standards, regulatory controls, monitoring, and compliance processes for cloud environments.
• Provide cloud implementation guidance, training, and recommendations to engineering and application development teams.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree in computer science or a related field, or 15 years of comparable work experience.
• At least 10 years of IT systems engineering experience, including 5 or more years of cloud experience; 15 years of comparable experience may substitute.
• Experience with AWS EC2, S3, CloudFront, load balancers, Landing Zone or Control Tower, CloudFormation, Service Catalog, PrivateLink, and VPC Peering.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying Docker images; knowledge of Maven, Gradle, Spring Boot, Angular, J2EE application servers, Apache, and NGINX.
• Experience with SSL certificate management, Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CodeCommit, and Unix automation using Bash, Perl, or Python.
• Must be available for 24x7x365 on-call coverage; minimal travel and moderate physical activity may be required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or postgraduate equivalent.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, ITIL Foundation, or comparable certification.
• Experience with IT service management methodologies.
