Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: 5 days a week onsite at the Garland Plant in Garland, Texas, United States; travel up to 25% to support other plant locations.

New hire base salary: $77,800–$97,300 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition posting through employment offers for manufacturing positions.
• Source and select hourly operations talent using creative tactics for high-volume roles.
• Partner with HR, Operations leaders, hiring managers, and support teams to align recruiting with business needs.
• Develop job descriptions, manage searches, and coordinate hiring-process logistics.
• Represent the Operations teams and hirify.global brand at job fairs, industry events, and in the community.
• Support seasonal recruitment marketing campaigns and provide regular recruitment reporting.

Requirements

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Attraction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal partners.
• Experience implementing creative sourcing tactics for high-volume hiring.
• Technical proficiency with recruiting technology such as Workday.
• Ability to balance onsite and virtual recruiting needs.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week and travel up to 25% to other plant locations.
