Talent Acquisition Manager - Operations & Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

Salary: $96,825–$144,592 per year

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to align recruitment expectations and strategies for Operations and Supply Chain roles.
• Build talent strategies with HR and business leaders to address current and future staffing needs.
• Execute sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation activities.
• Collect and analyze employment market data to guide recruiting decisions.
• Develop qualified internal and external candidate pipelines through networking, passive candidate review, metrics, and recruitment technology.
• Support employer brand recognition across North America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment management experience.
• Experience specializing in Operations, Supply Chain, or manufacturing organizations.
• Expertise in workforce planning, pipeline management, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategy.
• Strong sourcing, recruitment data interpretation, market trend analysis, and project management skills.
• Strategic leadership, collaboration, communication, negotiation, and cultural competence.
