Location: Phoenix, AZ. Based in the Phoenix office and working onsite four days per week, with regular travel to project sites and regional markets across the Southwest and beyond.

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for craft and skilled trades roles across multiple regions and project sites.
- Recruit specialized professionals in electrical and mechanical trades, process piping, welding, rigging, fabrication, concrete, and equipment and tool installation.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, trade associations, apprenticeship programs, workforce partnerships, and industry events.
- Partner with operations leaders, superintendents, project teams, and workforce planning stakeholders to align hiring with project labor needs.
- Manage staffing and labor-vendor relationships, evaluate workforce sourcing strategies, and reduce reliance on temporary labor through direct-hire pipelines.
- Support integration of recruiting processes, compensation practices, compliance standards, reporting, and workforce infrastructure across the self-perform business.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, including direct leadership of craft and skilled trades recruiting.
- Required experience recruiting skilled trades within industrial construction, self-perform construction, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission critical, or similarly technical construction environments.
- Demonstrated expertise hiring for hard-to-fill electrical, mechanical, process piping, welding, rigging, equipment installation, fabrication, and field operations positions.
- Strong understanding of skilled trades workforce dynamics, regional labor markets, sourcing strategies, workforce compliance, and compensation considerations.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping, and field- or community-based recruiting.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites and regional markets as business needs require.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience scaling workforce processes in growing, evolving, or integrated organizations.
- Experience partnering with staffing agencies, labor vendors, or workforce partners.
- Experience with Workday, UKG, or other recruiting and HR systems.
