What you will do

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for senior and specialized corporate positions.
• Manage a full requisition load and deliver against fill and time-to-fill service-level goals.
• Source, screen, interview, and pipeline candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment tools.
• Advise hiring managers and HR partners on talent markets, candidate availability, compensation competitiveness, and recruiting timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on fills, time-to-fill, and requisition activity.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• At least 2 years of experience recruiting for senior-level and specialized roles.
• Proven success recruiting for complex positions and developing long-term recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, plus knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong stakeholder communication, relationship-building, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
