Reliability Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Forest Park, Georgia, United States; onsite.

Salary: $90,900–$170,100 in Zone A, $83,400–$155,900 in Zone B, or $75,800–$141,700 in Zone C per year, depending on work location and applicable labor-cost zone.

What you will do

• Coordinate Root Cause Failure Analysis processes and track recommendations through resolution.
• Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and develop reliability strategies.
• Formulate, implement, maintain, and audit Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance programs.
• Review equipment specifications, standards, capital designs, and installations to recommend reliability, operability, and maintainability improvements.
• Support equipment selection, supplier evaluation, factory and site acceptance testing, and cost justification for reliability projects.
• Optimize equipment availability by eliminating bad actors, maintaining critical spare-parts inventories, improving reliability tools, and guiding maintenance and production teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of reliability tools, including FMEA, RCFA, Preventive Maintenance, and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP.
