Reliability Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Forest Park, Georgia, USA — onsite at the main facility

Salary: $75,800–$170,100 annually, depending on the applicable U.S. pay zone, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Coordinate Root Cause Failure Analysis processes and track recommendations through resolution.
• Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and develop reliability strategies.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and audit Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance programs.
• Review equipment specifications, standards, capital designs, and installations to improve reliability, operability, and maintainability.
• Identify bad actors, optimize equipment availability, and maintain appropriate critical spare-parts inventory.
• Partner with maintenance, production, plant engineering, suppliers, and service providers on reliability improvements and acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Onsite work at the Forest Park, Georgia facility is required.
• At least 5 years of related experience in reliability, maintenance engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of FMEA, RCFA, Preventive Maintenance, and Predictive Diagnostic Maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus experience with SAP.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
