Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Willard, Ohio, United States; onsite plant-based role

Salary: $107,500–$147,800 annually

What you will do

• Oversee all plant maintenance activities and align them with safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop and implement the site's asset care and reliability strategy for manufacturing and utilities systems.
• Provide technical assistance for equipment purchasing and maintenance.
• Lead maintenance workforce development and ensure the team has the required experience, tools, supplies, and materials.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, corporate asset care and reliability, and plant employees to resolve issues and improve production processes.
• Develop long-term expense and capital strategies and implement improvements to engineering and maintenance practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, drive performance, and foster continuous improvement and engagement.
• Transformation experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Six Sigma or CMRP certification.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems such as SAP, plus storeroom or parts room operations and MRO experience.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, GMPs, and sanitary equipment design for specifications, installations, or modifications.
• Familiarity with RCM, FMEA, RCA, and other reliability concepts and methods.
• Experience in a continuous-operation environment and a matrixed organization.
