Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance to establish scalable quality and verification plans across the product lifecycle.
Define readiness criteria for flight hardware, including process qualification, manufacturability, and inspectability, and retire build risks during production ramp-up.
Mature avionics production processes through improved documentation, equipment, tooling, process controls, data collection, and training.
Lead containment, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, build quality reviews, and risk mitigation for high-impact avionics issues.
Drive cost-of-quality reductions through simpler requirements, clearer design standards, streamlined inspection and validation, and stronger process controls.
