Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Cumberland, Wisconsin, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Travel may include up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $81,983–$100,202 annual expected compensation range, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and implement improvements related to safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Support daily manufacturing operations, including tier processes, EHS activities, management of change, OEE analysis, and performance gap resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across the value stream using project management tools.
• Use statistical analysis and PPU to troubleshoot defects, analyze variation, identify root causes, and improve processes.
• Manage strategic source-of-supply projects and support capital investments, new product introduction, and new technologies.
• Provide daily engineering support, including occasional availability during nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline, completed and verified before starting.
• Additional relevant disciplines include electrical, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• At least two years of process engineering experience is preferred.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, and statistical analysis is preferred.
• Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
