Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Cumberland, Wisconsin, United States; onsite. Domestic travel may be required up to 10%. Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Salary: $81,983–$100,202 per year, including base pay and variable incentive pay where eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and implement improvements related to safety, quality, service, and cost.
• Support daily operations, EHS activities, change management, OEE analysis, and performance-gap resolution.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects across the value stream using project management tools.
• Apply statistical analysis and PPU to improve processes, troubleshoot defects and variation, and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage strategic source-of-supply projects and support capital investments, new product introduction, and new manufacturing technologies.
• Provide daily engineering support, including occasional night and weekend availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline, completed and verified before starting.
• Relevant engineering backgrounds include electrical, mechanical, chemical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Skills in collaboration, project management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving.

Nice to have

• Two years of process engineering experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Design of Experiments, and statistical analysis.
• Experience in people leadership, training, partnership building, or customer support.
