TL;DR
Sr. Technical Analyst (Healthcare IT): Providing on-site management, support, deployment, and training for Baxter Care Communications Solutions at an assigned hospital with an accent on device provisioning, technical issue resolution, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on validating upgrades, maintaining web administration data, tracking issues, and improving service adoption and reliability.

Location: Fully on-site in Palo Alto, California; the role is associated with Mountain View, California. Occasional travel of approximately 5% may be required, with additional travel during initial training and onboarding.

Base salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage and support hirify.global Care Communications Solutions on-site at an assigned hospital.
  • Provide customer support, resolve technical issues, and assist with hardware and software deployments.
  • Coordinate device provisioning, technical planning, validation, upgrades, and testing of new features.
  • Maintain and edit hospital directory data in the Web Admin portal.
  • Build end-user relationships, support adoption and retention, and collaborate with hospital and hirify.global stakeholders.
  • Track issues, identify process improvements, deliver staff training, and create customer presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of equivalent education and applicable experience in healthcare or IT in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience supporting and resolving computer hardware and software issues; healthcare point-of-care solution experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with nurses, physicians, and point-of-care support staff.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Ability to lift 25–30 lbs.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of wireless communication systems, integrations, and protocols.
  • Experience with healthcare point-of-care solutions.
