TL;DR

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; remote work with occasional onsite presence

Salary: $90,900–$101,800 per year

What you will do

  • Own complex application features and modules through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design solutions for team, department, and enterprise needs.
  • Design and validate integrations, data flows, data mappings, and workflow improvements with engineering and infrastructure teams.
  • Develop test plans, coordinate testing and UAT, and validate production readiness across system dependencies.
  • Resolve complex application issues, lead major incident and problem management activities, and implement preventive fixes.
  • Create training and documentation, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

  • At least four years of IT experience supporting business or clinical systems applications.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, coordinating UAT, and configuring applications.
  • Understanding of SDLC and ITIL concepts, release activities, integrations, and log or trace analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal guidance and communicate with technical and non-technical users.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common productivity tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting business or clinical systems applications in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of an application domain such as EHR, ERP, CRM, or HRIS.
