Application Analyst III - Healthy Planet Certified (Healthcare IT)

Location: Remote - Massachusetts. Minimal travel to healthcare sites may be required for go-lives, with occasional off-hours support and an on-call rotation every 6–7 weeks.

Salary: $101,084.26–$128,878.21 per year.

What you will do

• Implement, optimize, configure, and enhance complex, business-critical healthcare applications and modules.
• Work with users to define requirements and tailor systems to organizational workflows.
• Create system builds, technical documentation, test scenarios, project plans, issue logs, and implementation event plans.
• Coordinate or lead integrated testing, track issues, and research and resolve application and vendor-related problems.
• Lead small- to medium-sized complex projects and take key leadership roles in larger projects.
• Provide advanced application support, including troubleshooting critical incidents during on-call rotations and mentoring less experienced staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 10 years of relevant experience, an associate degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting applications in a healthcare environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, decision-making, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and provide effective customer support.
• Knowledge of project management methodology and ability to manage concurrent complex projects.
• Ability to participate in on-call duties, occasional off-hours support, and limited travel to healthcare sites.
