Location: Remote in California, United States
Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do
- Build, test, and deploy healthcare data interfaces using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and other interoperability standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues to maintain clinical and business operations.
- Create and maintain integration workflows, technical specifications, and system configurations.
- Partner with Customer Success and Optimization teams to deliver reliable integration solutions.
- Manage multiple development projects and support tickets while following Architecture and Security standards.
- Automate integration processes and support digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, preferably enterprise imaging, and healthcare integration or interface development.
- 3+ years of experience with radiology applications such as PACS, EMRs, VNAs, and voice recognition systems.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x, FHIR, DICOM, radiology workflows, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, or Corepoint.
- Experience with JavaScript or Python, SQL, APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and data transformation tools.
