Application Analyst II (Radiology)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $77,200–$115,700 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support the full lifecycle of outpatient applications, including radiology information systems, 3D imaging, mammography tracking, and online scheduling.
• Provide timely maintenance and support for assigned clinical applications.
• Troubleshoot application and system problems.
• Manage application upgrades, new-site rollouts, and migrations.
• Support application conversion projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent education and information technology experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical application support preferred.
• Knowledge of PACS, HL7, RIS, and voice recognition systems.
• Healthcare experience, particularly in radiology, is preferred.
• Experience with ticket management or service desk systems.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow experience.
