Production Technician 3 (Manufacturing)

Salary: $19–$22 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, call-in, and standby pay.

What you will do

• Operate assigned production equipment and monitor machine and personnel performance.
• Lead crew activities, delegate assignments, and train production team members.
• Monitor print, bundle, and product quality; adjust equipment to correct issues.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Track production metrics, safety audits, labor information, and other required records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and other shifts to meet production goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related production experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew or line for one machine.
• Strong knowledge of machine and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine problems and prepare production reports.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a pallet jack.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to work overtime and perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling.
