Production Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at 3175 Wilson Ave, Perris, California, USA; candidates must be willing and able to commute to the new Perris facility after the move. Immediate onboarding and training may be available at the current Rancho Cucamonga location.

Hourly compensation: $18.94–$23.99 per hour.

What you will do

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain basic manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Follow SOPs to inspect materials, verify product specifications, and maintain quality logs.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements for quality issues.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards.
• Cross-train in multiple technical functions and support changing production priorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or at least three years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 80% of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain a lift truck operator's license.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested.
• Availability to work onsite at the Perris, California facility after the operational move.
