Machine Operator I (Advanced Manufacturing)

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $16.50–$25.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience

What you will do

• Set up, operate, shut down, and maintain machinery across the full layup-through-trimming production cell.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, clean, and perform minor repairs on production equipment.
• Monitor the work area and equipment for hazards, defects, and missing safety barriers.
• Inspect finished products, identify nonconforming items, and report defects.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports, including downtime and its causes.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain safe, high-quality production and accurate information flow.

Requirements

• No high school diploma is required.
• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work onsite in Commerce City, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience operating layup, consolidator, waterjet, trim, or press machines.
