Technical Partner Manager – SMB Restaurant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for SMB restaurant ecosystem partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Lead technical discovery and evaluate partner APIs, data flows, architectures, implementation requirements, and fit within the Genius ecosystem.
• Develop and manage integration plans from technical evaluation through production launch, including milestones, dependencies, testing, certification, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Technical Services, Operations, Support, and partner teams to resolve issues and remove delivery obstacles.
• Manage partner certification, user acceptance testing, pilot programs, launch readiness reviews, production deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
• Monitor integration health, adoption, operational performance, escalations, and recurring issues while contributing to roadmap planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technical partnerships, technical account management, implementation consulting, solution engineering, technical program management, or a related technology role.
• Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS platforms, POS systems, commerce platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, APIs, web services, and technical implementation processes.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects, complex priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
