Sr. Implementation Manager (Event Technology)

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana, United States; hybrid

Salary: $88,000–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding for new clients and events from requirements gathering through launch readiness.
• Translate event requirements into platform configurations covering ticket types, credentials, access rules, devices, permissions, and event-specific settings.
• Configure and troubleshoot third-party integrations, including authentication, data mappings, permissions, and cross-platform data flows.
• Build and lead end-to-end and user-acceptance testing plans and validate event configurations before launch.
• Train client administrators, managers, operators, and other users on platform and integration workflows.
• Coordinate clients, third-party providers, Business Development, Operations, and Engineering while improving reusable implementation standards and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience with event technology, ticketing, access control, credentialing, or live-event operations.
• Experience leading software implementations, integrations, onboarding, training, or technical deployments.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting integrations across multiple technology platforms, including tools such as Postman or similar API testing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations with fixed timelines and work directly with clients and external technology providers.
