Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY, USA; in-office work is required

Base salary: $220,000–$280,000 per year plus $70,000–$80,000 in equity

hirify.global is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting workflows and serves as the operating system for finance.

What you will do

• Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area.
• Own technical product areas involving agents, ML, and LLM-versus-deterministic workflows.
• Design data ingestion, synchronization, and bi-directional workflows across dozens of systems.
• Build evaluation systems focused on agent reliability and accuracy when posting to a real ledger.
• Drive ambiguous, high-impact initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration.
• Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture, technical trade-offs, and operating improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a product area or product line and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Deep experience applying AI and ML to production product workflows, including LLM-powered or agentic features.
• Experience reasoning about evaluations, failure modes, and technical trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in person with the New York-based team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
• Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience.
• An MBA, experience with business stakeholders, or a technical background in computer science or engineering.
