Location: Remote in the United States; San Francisco Bay Area also listed

Salary: $190,000–$210,000 per year. Tier One Markets including San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle: $200,000–$210,000 per year; all other remote US locations: $190,000–$210,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a major product, set its long-term strategy, define KPIs, and build the business case for additional investment.
• Own the market thesis, target buyer, customer personas, and highest-priority customer needs.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to make rigorous product decisions and develop innovative solutions.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize impactful innovations, unblock major issues, and deliver product milestones.
• Align marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders around product goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building workflow products using Agentic and Conversational AI.
• Experience taking products from 0→1 and 1→10.
• Experience with B2B product-led growth products and B2B SaaS, especially multi-step workflows.
• Ability to execute in the short term while developing and testing a long-term product vision.
