AI Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States — hybrid office-based role

Salary: $190,000–$230,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own the AI intelligence layer that generates insights about investment performance and outcomes across Insights, Diligence, and other data-driven products.
• Own the AI-native extraction and structuring pipeline that converts private-markets documents, statements, and cash-flow notices into reliable data.
• Define AI evaluation criteria, automated quality gates, monitoring, and standards for client-facing output.
• Shape the client-facing experience for portfolio data, look-through investments, cash flows, performance, and cash-flow modeling.
• Partner closely with Data Operations and client-facing teams to improve data completeness, accuracy, and usability.
• Present measurable outcomes directly to the CEO, including shipped improvements, quality metrics, and initiatives to stop.

Requirements

• Experience shipping LLM-powered or model-driven products from prototype through production.
• Experience building or owning evaluations for AI products and managing hallucination, grounding, reliability, and quality risks.
• 7+ years of product experience in fintech, ideally with investment data products in wealth management, asset management, or private markets.
• Strong ownership of data correctness, product quality, and client outcomes.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and create structure without fully specified requirements.
• Ability to work from the Palo Alto office in a hybrid arrangement.
