Location: Hybrid in Switzerland, with time expected in the offices in Zurich, Bioggio, and Geneva

What you will do

• Deliver legal, regulatory, and community projects.
• Create actionable plans and lead day-to-day project execution.
• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and report on project activities.
• Identify and develop pragmatic solutions to project challenges.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members across all seniority levels.

Requirements

• Demonstrable understanding of project management knowledge areas and banking technology.
• Strong organizational, planning, monitoring, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Resilience under stress and flexibility regarding work content and location.
• Fluent German, English, and French are required.
