Sr. Project MG, Network Transformation

Location: Zug, Switzerland, with the role also open across EMEA; the UK and Italy are preferred. The position is full-time.

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple interrelated sub-projects, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate operational, systems, infrastructure, site, and 3PL readiness activities, including cutover and hyper-care.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management, and regional teams.
• Prepare governance reporting and maintain project plans, transition documentation, after-action reviews, and best practices.
• Support interdependencies across network projects and broader transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong foundation in project management, including FPX methodology.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects or programs with multiple interdependent workstreams in a regional or global matrix environment.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, including warehouse and transportation processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and governance skills.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
