Senior Project Manager Salesforce

What you will do

• Manage delivery across multiple workstreams for agile Salesforce implementation projects.
• Control project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Report project status to the Project Management Office and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
• Coordinate executive stakeholders, business sponsors, technical teams, external partners, and vendors across geographies.
• Lead change management, team performance monitoring, coaching, quality assurance, and project documentation.
• Manage vendor contracts, deliverable reviews, negotiations, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional project management experience, including Salesforce architecture and digital transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale Salesforce projects for international organizations.
• Advanced knowledge of PMI methodologies and project management best practices.
• Strong leadership, team management, executive stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of DevOps and release management practices, with experience delivering IT-business projects across departments and geographies.
• English at mother-tongue level is required. A university degree and PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum certification are required qualifications.
