About the Role

You will manage end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions and other clients, designing operating models, setting up custody and tokenization platforms, and coordinating technical implementations. You will also deliver cross-functional initiatives, conduct blockchain due diligence, support commercial requests, and manage multiple priorities with precision.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or project management within financial services or fintech
• Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem
• Knowledge of custody, trading, tokenization, staking, and derivatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong prioritization and attention to detail
• Fluency in French and English
• Willingness to travel to client locations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client delivery projects
• Design operating models and workflows
• Set up custody and tokenization platforms
• Manage technical implementations with client teams
• Deliver cross-functional projects across business functions
• Manage regulatory filings and business requirement specifications
• Drive operational improvements and international expansion initiatives
• Produce source-of-funds analyses
• Perform wallet screening and crypto due diligence
• Support sales RFPs and RFIs
• Handle ad hoc commercial and operational priorities
