System Design Project Manager (IRT)

What you will do

• Analyze clinical study protocols and define IRT system requirements with sponsors.
• Consult with clients on IRT system setup and design, translating study needs into clear specifications.
• Author user requirement documents and lead internal and external review cycles.
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, status reporting, metrics, financial summaries, deliverables, and invoice approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead issue resolution, and support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs, mentor junior project managers, and present project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mandatory experience in IRT system design.
• Substantial relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality and timeline expectations in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general software tools.

Nice to have

• SQL experience.
