What you will do

• Own product management for compliance and internal technology products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Define, prioritise, and maintain product backlogs, epics, feature requirements, and delivery roadmaps in JIRA.
• Translate business, regulatory, and compliance needs into coherent product requirements and executable plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-entity technology initiatives across international offices.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports for senior leadership.
• Track programme health and proactively escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of financial services, including capital markets, digital assets, or trading platforms.
• Direct experience with regulatory and compliance environments such as FCA, MAS, DFSA, FINMA, or equivalent.
• Proven senior programme or product management experience within a regulated financial institution or fintech.
• Exceptional written and verbal English required, including confident communication with C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
• Experience working across cultures, time zones, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills and experience structuring complex cross-functional initiatives in JIRA.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related financial products.
• Experience working within or alongside a PMO at a global financial institution.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools or modern software delivery practices.
• Based in the UK or holding the right to work in the UK.
