Senior Project Manager (IT)

Location: Hybrid work with required reporting to the Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office; travel up to 10%.

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 annual pay range, including base salary.

What you will do

• Lead project engagements according to Statements of Work, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery.
• Conduct project kick-offs and create schedules for timely and budgeted execution.
• Assemble and coordinate project teams, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Provide customer status updates covering action items, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Execute changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, and act as the escalation point.
• Conduct project close activities, coach project participants, and maintain accurate records in Asana and AirTable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing or internal project management.
• 5+ years of experience in IT technical project management.
• Intermediate expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with Asana and Agile delivery in a hybrid environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• PMP certification required.
