Sr. IT Project Manager

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; in-office work environment

Salary: $66,375–$88,500 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Plan, execute, implement, manage, and close complex IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans covering resources, timelines, milestones, budgets, and delivery constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical resources and track completion of project tasks.
• Manage scope changes, project risks, contingency plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project meetings, address issues, evaluate performance, and document lessons learned and project documentation.
• Analyze project data and make informed decisions about project direction and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience focused on infrastructure or enterprise application projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Understanding of data center operations, systems and storage architecture, Microsoft 365, identity management, networking, and security concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate cross-functional technical teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.

Nice to have

• PMP certification, or willingness to obtain it within 18 months of hire.
