Salary: $92,600–$154,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead medium- to large-scale projects and programs across commercial and government sectors.
• Own the full project lifecycle from scope definition and requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Manage integrated plans, schedules, budgets, resources, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Coordinate executive, cross-functional, customer, and government stakeholders; lead program reviews and communications.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, performance, risks, contract deliverables, and government reporting requirements.
• Support growth initiatives, agile transformation, process standardization, digital program execution, and PMO maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least six years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or multi-phase initiatives in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
• Knowledge of project management, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, budgets, schedules, risk management, EVM, and cost control.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering management, or a related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Agile certification.
• Advanced Excel and experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with PDP, APQP, Lean, Six Sigma, or digital manufacturing strategies.
• Experience in regulated defense, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
