Location: US (Remote); Midwest territory with up to 60% travel
Salary: $100,500.00–$145,166.66 per year

What you will do
- Educate healthcare providers and office staff on disease states, products, procurement, administration, and patient support services.
- Provide disease and product education to ITP, aTTP, and multiple myeloma patients and caregivers.
- Deliver branded and unbranded patient education programs in live and virtual formats.
- Identify treatment barriers and collaborate with prescribers, case managers, and field partners to support patient access, enrollment, and adherence.
- Develop account plans, manage territory activity, and document patient and HCP engagements in the CRM.
- Represent at local patient events while maintaining compliance with corporate, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and a nursing or clinical background.
- At least 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience.
- At least 3 years of field educator experience in pharmaceutical sales, clinical education, hospital, or home health settings.
- Strong organization, presentation, active listening, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- English required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, hospital credentialing eligibility, and availability for up to 60% travel are required.
Nice to have
- Rare disease, hematology/oncology, or apheresis experience.
- Pharmaceutical product launch experience.
- Advanced degree.
