Procurement Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid office environment with three days in office in Baltimore, Denver, Cedar Rapids, or Philadelphia

Salary: $61,000–$81,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support procurement managers, suppliers, and US-based and global business groups as the SAP Ariba subject matter expert.
• Ensure contract workspaces are integrated from CLM into SAP Ariba and maintain accurate contract records under the governance framework.
• Manage audit requests, policy attestations, procurement documentation, and SharePoint updates.
• Resolve invoicing, contract variance, accounting, supplier registration, and procurement system issues with Accounts Payable and suppliers.
• Provide guidance on pricing terms, budgets, expirations, reporting, and supplier transitions.
• Analyze procurement spend and implement workflow improvements that increase efficiency, compliance, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of relevant experience with in-depth SAP Ariba knowledge.
• Procurement experience, including contract administration.
• Strong written, oral, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Technical aptitude for quickly navigating procurement and business systems.
• Ability to work in the hybrid office arrangement with three days in office in Baltimore, Denver, Cedar Rapids, or Philadelphia.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience with a CLM platform such as Sirion or Icertis.
