Senior Procurement Support Analyst

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, United States

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Generate pre-award documentation for program requirements and prepare procurement packages for review, clearance, and award.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, and RFTOPs, ensuring that evaluation factors, offeror instructions, and SOW/SOO/PWS documents are complete and consistent.
• Apply FAR and agency clauses, prepare unique terms and conditions, and assist with solicitation pricing methodologies.
• Publish or distribute solicitations and maintain confirmation in the contract file.
• Prepare source-selection, award, COR delegation, and draft FPDS documentation.
• Support vendor communications, document delays in the AIM Tool, and improve SharePoint checklists, reference guides, and SOPs.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Ability to perform duties independently.
