Procurement Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based near Portland, Oregon, United States, with onsite work expected four days per week. Travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage purchase orders in the procurement system, checking pricing, documentation, and compliance before release.
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers by resolving issues, troubleshooting procurement processes, and managing complex inquiries.
• Train and coach business partners on procurement tools, standard processes, and compliance requirements.
• Manage new supplier intake, validation, registration, enablement, and catalog programs.
• Coordinate with category management, sourcing, Accounts Payable, shipping and receiving, and requesting departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or a related role.
• Knowledge of purchasing best practices and processes, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with eProcurement systems is preferred.
