Associate Market Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States

Compensation: Commission-only; average full-time, fully ramped Market Manager earnings of $120,000–$200,000+ per year, with no earnings cap.

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of 30–50 real estate agents.
• Recruit, support, mentor, and coach agents to improve their skills and production.
• Help agents deliver customers’ home-buying and home-selling goals.
• Use hirify.global products, pricing tools, mortgage, title, and transaction coordination services to support deal execution.
• Build team production and earn a share of the team’s results.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Arizona real estate license.
• Located in the Greater Houston area.
• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated recruiting and coaching ability.
