Health Center Manager RN

Location: Utica, Illinois, United States; onsite at a health center

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee the daily operations, staffing, workflow, and performance of the health center.
• Lead hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management for RNs, LPNs, administrative staff, and technical staff.
• Provide patient care and clinical support as needed while applying nursing expertise.
• Monitor patient flow, utilization, and service penetration, and identify workflow improvements through root cause analysis.
• Lead infection control activities, support quality initiatives, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate policies, conduct meetings, work with client representatives, and support incident investigations and complaint resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required depending on the contract scope.
• At least 3 years of experience in the medical field and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention.

Nice to have

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
