Ambulatory Clinical Nurse Manager (Urology)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, with clinical operations across Manchester, Derry, Nashua, Portsmouth, and Dover

What you will do

• Oversee clinical and operational activities across multiple urology practice locations.
• Lead nursing and clinical support staff, including hiring, assignments, coaching, performance evaluations, and personnel actions.
• Standardize workflows, policies, procedures, and evidence-based care practices in collaboration with nursing and practice leadership.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels, experience mix, FTE management, and safe patient-care delivery.
• Prepare departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and submit accurate clinical payroll.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, teamwork, regulatory compliance, and annual departmental goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved registered nursing program.
• BSN or higher degree in Nursing required; a master’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse registration in the State of New Hampshire required.
• Professional specialty certification required or to be obtained within six months of hire.
• At least three years of recent ambulatory clinical experience preferred.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
