Salary: $129,000–$148,000 per year, plus a target annual bonus of 10% of base salary.

What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations of the PACE clinic and ensure high-quality, participant-centered care for chronic and acute needs.
  • Assign duties, guide clinic staff, manage schedules, and oversee electronic medical record scheduling and documentation.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the performance of nurses and medical assistants, including onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Support quality initiatives, audit readiness, corrective action plans, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate vendors, supply ordering, facility needs, and equipment issues.
  • Provide after-hours coverage and hands-on clinical care, including triage, emergency response, medication and vaccine administration, wound care, home care, and patient education.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in California required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 2–5 years of experience leading nursing teams, delegating tasks, and managing clinic operations.
  • Experience caring for complex geriatric populations with chronic conditions.
  • Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage schedules, prioritize work, make routine clinic decisions, solve problems in real time, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is verified through E-Verify.

  • BSN.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English or Cantonese/English; other language abilities are also welcome.
