What you will do

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for an ambulatory unit or service.
• Lead safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare staffing schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate care with physicians and other departments.
• Coach, mentor, recruit, retain, and develop nursing staff while ensuring clinical competence.
• Use performance data and outcome measures to identify improvement opportunities and support patient and family satisfaction.
• Manage human, fiscal, and operational resources, including budget proposals and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Three years of nursing leadership experience.
• Clinical nursing competence, leadership, management, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions, adapt to change, collaborate across disciplines, and use complex electronic clinical and administrative systems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
• Five years of nursing leadership experience.
• Nursing specialty certification.
