IT Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Full-time onsite in Playa Vista, Los Angeles; US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.

Salary: $104,000–$130,000 base annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, troubleshoot, and optimize systems, servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage physical and virtual servers throughout their deployment and operational lifecycle.
• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls, and network policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• Develop administrative automation and scripts with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Lead or contribute to infrastructure projects, provide Tier 3 support, and document configurations and solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive hands-on experience in IT engineering, systems administration, network engineering, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, server deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, and network policies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS, including AWS GovCloud environments.
• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.
