Network Administrator

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; on-site. The role requires 10–20% travel for site deployments, work in data centers and equipment rooms, on-call participation, and occasional after-hours maintenance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR.

Salary: $154,000k–$185,000k annually.

What you will do

• Deploy and configure network infrastructure for new manufacturing facilities, site expansions, data centers, and cloud environments.
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and SD-WAN deployments.
• Support AWS and Azure networking, Kubernetes clusters, and containerized workloads.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code automation for network provisioning and configuration.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, DNS, DHCP, connectivity, and performance issues while coordinating with ISPs and cabling vendors.
• Maintain monitoring, documentation, runbooks, incident response, and on-call operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network administration, network operations, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with GlobalProtect, IPsec site-to-site tunnels, and remote-access VPNs.
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise networks and AWS or Azure cloud networking.
• Familiarity with Git, Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, and CI/CD for Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Juniper switches, AWS networking services, and Kubernetes networking.
• Experience with ISP relationships, structured cabling vendors, facility systems, IoT devices, and high-availability production environments.
