IT Manager

What you will do

• Implement IT strategies, plans, budgets, and resource forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams, mentor staff, and oversee training and performance.
• Manage daily IT operations, including networks, hardware and software procurement, backups, system uptime, scalability, and integrations.
• Manage major IT projects such as system implementations, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity enhancements.
• Evaluate cybersecurity controls, conduct risk assessments and audits, develop policies, and support incident response.
• Manage vendors and budgets while providing end-user support and technology training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in networking, cloud computing, scripting, cybersecurity tools, and project management software.
• Experience with O365/Intune, AWS GovCloud, Azure, SharePoint, SIEM, Nessus, CASB/SASE, SOAR, and XDR/EDR.
• PMP, CISSP, CISM, or ITIL certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
