Assistant Store Visual Manager (Tysons New Store Opening)

Location: Tysons Corner, Virginia, United States; onsite at the Tysons Community Hub

Salary: $68,000–$72,500 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global annual bonus program.

What you will do

• Support the setup and launch of the new Tysons Community Hub.
• Execute visual merchandising planograms, brand standards, decal and light box installation, mannequin styling, cleanliness, and organization.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, customer service, and the hirify.global product story.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, performance management, opening and closing procedures, and daily retail operations.
• Partner with the General Manager and retail leadership to drive sales, profitability, and store goals.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, safety, and security procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years managing visual merchandising in a high-volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Proven retail management and customer-service experience, with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work Black Friday through the holiday season each year.
• Ability to unpack inventory boxes weighing approximately 5–30 lb.
